Welcome to Double Dee Equine LLC! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our handmade and custom horse tack products.
By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.
1. About Our Business
Double Dee Equine LLC specializes in handmade and custom horse tack. We strive to provide quality craftsmanship, accurate product descriptions, and helpful customer service.
For questions about our products, orders, or these Terms and Conditions, please contact us at doubledeeequine@gmail.com.
2. Products and Handmade Variations
Our products may be handmade, made to order, or customized according to customer selections.
Because of the nature of handmade craftsmanship, slight variations in color, texture, finish, stitching, dimensions, and other details may occur. Natural materials, including leather, may have variations in grain, markings, and appearance.
Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes. Actual colors and appearances may vary depending on lighting, photography, device settings, and the materials used.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, prices, and customization options are accurate. However, we cannot guarantee that every product will appear exactly as displayed in photographs.
3. Custom Orders and Personalization
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all custom-order details before submitting an order, including measurements, sizes, colors, materials, hardware, designs, and other specifications.
Please provide accurate information and respond promptly if additional details are requested.
Custom products may require additional production time depending on the complexity of the design, material availability, and current order volume.
Once work has begun on a custom order, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change.
Any restrictions on cancellations, returns, or refunds for custom products are subject to our separate Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.
4. Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order constitutes a purchase request. We reserve the right to review and accept or decline orders where permitted by law.
We may be unable to fulfill an order due to product unavailability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or other legitimate business reasons.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will arrange an appropriate refund for the amount paid for the canceled order.
You are responsible for ensuring that the contact, billing, and shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on our website.
Prices, product availability, and promotions may change without notice. Changes will not retroactively alter a completed purchase except where required by law or agreed upon with the customer.
Payment must be completed through the payment methods offered at checkout. Applicable shipping charges and taxes will be displayed or calculated as part of the checkout process, where applicable.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to contact customers regarding an affected order. If an order cannot be fulfilled at the agreed price, we will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship within the United States only.
Our standard order processing time is generally 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Custom or made-to-order products may require additional production time, depending on the order.
Shipping charges are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout or in a promotion.
Delivery dates and shipping estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
For additional information, please review our separate Shipping Policy.
7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Our return, exchange, cancellation, and refund procedures are described in our separate Return and Refund Policy.
Please review that policy before purchasing, particularly if you are ordering custom or personalized horse tack.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
